Returns, refunds and delivery
Each installation is measured for your opening. Confirm the stainless steel grade, cable diameter and finish in your written quotation. Ask for written warranty terms, installation-service details and applicable returns or refund conditions before confirming an order. Any proposed material substitution should be approved before fitting.
There is nothing to ship: we bring the cable reel to your building and cut to length on site, so there is no delivery charge and no panel that turns out not to fit.
