Choose an opening, then compare systems

Start with how the opening is used, its fixing surfaces and access needs. Apartment, villa and penthouse describe the property—not a separate cable grade. Premium is not a certification. Vertical is YPL's standard direction; horizontal requests require separate confirmation. These guides explain the decisions to discuss at your site visit.

Price list: installation included

Opening / purpose	Guide rate per sq ft	What to confirm
Balcony invisible grills	₹220–₹350	Steel grade, opening and fixing conditions
Window invisible grills	₹160–₹230	Window operation, access and selected system
Pigeon protection / pigeon nets	₹110–₹180	Bird-protection purpose; not a balcony safety-grill rate

Prices are in Indian rupees per square foot, with installation included. The minimum job size is 50 sq ft. These are guide ranges for the stated applications, not a promise that every cable grade, direction or branded option is available at every rate. Your exact price is confirmed in writing after a free site visit.

Example balcony budgets—not completed project prices

Measured balcony area	Calculation at ₹220–₹350/sq ft	Guide total
50 sq ft	50 × ₹220 to 50 × ₹350	₹11,000–₹17,500
80 sq ft	80 × ₹220 to 80 × ₹350	₹17,600–₹28,000
100 sq ft	100 × ₹220 to 100 × ₹350	₹22,000–₹35,000

Measure the opening's width and height in feet and multiply them to estimate its area. Measure separate openings separately. Floor area, the flat's BHK label and railing length alone are not the grill area. For openings below 50 sq ft, discuss the minimum job requirement with YPL before budgeting.

Important quality checks

Confirm the stainless steel grade and cable diameter.
Check cable tension, anchors and frame strength.
Select suitable spacing based on the safety requirements.
Use corrosion-resistant fittings appropriate for the installation environment.
Ask for written warranty terms and installation-service details.

Clean periodically and inspect cables, fixing points and frames. Arrange a professional inspection if you notice loose cables, damaged coating or corrosion; do not adjust cable tension yourself.
