What YPL Customers Say

“The team measured in the morning and finished the same week. Our 14th-floor balcony is now safe for the kids and the sea view is completely open. Very neat work.”

“Clear quote before starting, no hidden charges. The cables are almost invisible from inside — guests don't even notice them until we point them out.”

“We have a toddler who climbs everything. YPL fitted window grills with close spacing in half a day. Polite installers, cleaned up after themselves.”

“Corner balcony above a busy street — the grill is solid and the city lights are still fully visible. Good tensioning and finishing.”

“They suggested 2-inch spacing to keep our cat safe on the 9th floor. Exactly what we needed, and the price matched the quote.”

“New apartment fit-out. Installation took a little longer than planned, but the finish is excellent and they came back to re-check the tension without being asked.”

“Pigeons were nesting on our balcony for months. The net was fitted the same day we called, and not a single pigeon since. Great service.”

“Duplex staircase needed child safety without blocking light. The vertical cables look elegant — much better than the iron grill we were quoted elsewhere.”

“316-grade steel recommended for our coastal side. Honest advice — they explained why 304 would rust near the sea instead of just selling the cheaper option.”

“Booked through the website, got a call back within the hour. Site visit, quote and installation all done in four days. Professional from start to finish.”

“Was worried about service outside Chennai, but the Madurai team was prompt. Balcony is safe for my mother now, and the view of the temple is untouched.”

“Good quality cables and solid anchoring. Would have liked more colour options for the frames, but the standard finish looks clean and modern.”
