Recent Work: Invisible Grills at a Siruseri Apartment, 4 Inch Cable Gap

Latest completed work: invisible grills at a high-rise apartment in Siruseri on OMR, Chennai. The photos below were taken on site by our team on 3 August 2026.
What we installed
Vertical stainless steel invisible grill cables across the balcony opening, fitted above the existing metal railing from a top track under the overhead steel frame to a bottom track at the ledge.
Cables spaced about 4 inches (100 mm) apart – our standard gap, fitted here as agreed with the owner.
The same system fitted inside an exterior window opening, with aluminium tracks fixed on the upper lintel and the sill so the glass and the frame are untouched.
Every cable tensioned and checked before handover, so the lines stay straight and firm.
Why the 4 inch gap suits this opening
Cable spacing is selected for the opening and for who uses it. Our standard is about 4 inches (100 mm): it uses fewer cables, costs less and opens the view further. Where young children or small pets use the opening we fit closer 2 inch (50 mm) spacing instead, and we confirm which is right on the site visit rather than from a photograph.
What the site visit covers
We measure each opening, check what the top and bottom tracks can be fixed to, agree the cable gap with you, note the cable grade and finish, and hand over a written quote for the exact area.
